Passport & Visa Info

The following details relate to holders of adult normal passports (requirements for children may be different), if any other type of passport or travel document is held, entry requirements should be checked with the relevant embassy or consulate

Passports

Required, but NOT by the following:
1) Nationals of Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain & Switzerland holding proof of identity

Passport Validity: 1) If a visa is not required passport must be valid for maximum period of visa free stay
2) If a visa is required passport must be valid for 6 months after expiry date of visa

Visas

The following DO NOT require a visa:
1) Nationals of Hungary
2) Holders of British national passports stating holder as "British Citizen"
3) Nationals of Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Rep, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City & Venezuela (tourists only)

Air Transit

Required by all except those as noted above and:
1) Persons continuing their journey to a third country by the same or first connecting aircraft on the same day without leaving the airport, provided holding confirmed onward tickets & documentation for their onward journey (except nationals of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Congo, Congo Dem Rep, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan & Syria, unless they are destined for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom & holding a valid visa issued by the authorities of the country of destination & when their visa expires, return to the country of origin or the country whose national they are, or they hold a valid permit of residence issued by Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States)
