Passport & Visa Info

The following details relate to holders of adult normal passports (requirements for children may be different), if any other type of passport or travel document is held, entry requirements should be checked with the relevant embassy or consulate

Passports

Required, but NOT by the following:
1) Holders of a National Identity Card issued to nationals of Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & San Marino
2) Nationals of United States holding:
a) Voter's Registration Card
b) For Native citizens an affidavit of birth certificate
c) For Alien residents an Alien Registration Card (form 1-151)
d) For citizens born outside United States a naturalization certificate of American citizenship
3) Nationals of Canada holding:
a) Canadian Immigration of Identification Certificate (CIIC) or Canadian Certificate of Identity issued to alien residents of Canada still holding their national passport, provided not a national of a country requiring a visa in advance
b) Certificate of Naturalization or (miniature) Certificate of Proof of Canadian Citizenship issued to nationals of Canada by naturalization
c) Certificate of Proof of Canadian Citizenship or Certificate of Birth or Baptism (miniatures also acceptable) issued to nationals of Canada by birth
4) Holders of a valid National Identity Card by subjects & alien residents of Venezuela & travellers in Venezuela visiting the Netherlands Antilles as tourists
5) For tourists holding of a valid National Identity Card issued to nationals of Brazil, Mexico & Trinidad & Tobago

Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for intended length of stay

Visas

The following DO NOT require a visa:
1) Nationals of Netherlands Antilles
2) For tourist stays up to 3 months by:
a) Nationals of United Kingdom
b) Nationals of Belgium, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Chile, Costa Rica, Czech Rep, Ecuador, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Jamaica, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Malawi, Mauritius, Netherlands, Niger, Philippines, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Swaziland & Togo
3) For tourist stays up to 14 days by other nationals (except the following nationals who must apply (1 month) in advance for a visa Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Rep, Estonia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Korea (North), Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mali, Moldova, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan & Vietnam)

Air Transit

Required by all except:
1) Persons continuing their journey to a third country within 24 hours by the same means of transportation & holding tickets with reserved seats & documents for their onward journey (except nationals of Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Rep, Estonia, Georgia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Korea (North), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan & Vietnam)
